MANAGING PARTNER

Marketing strategist. Mountain addict. Coffee-powered creative.

Where strategy meets caffeine and creativity rarely sits still. With over 13 years of experience turning chaos into campaigns that actually work, she blends data and storytelling to help brands grow without losing their soul.

Fernanda got her start wrangling chaos in live music event production and fundraising, where timelines were tight, artists were unpredictable, and somehow, everything still went off without a hitch (mostly). She’s produced concerts, community events, and campaigns that raised both money and heart rates, often at the same time. Those years in the trenches taught her how to build buzz, win sponsors, and keep the show going, no matter what curveball gets thrown her way.

She’s got a degree in Marketing and Public Relations, grad school cred from McCombs, and more digital marketing certifications than she has water bottles. When she’s not behind the screen, you’ll probably find her ice climbing, cycling, or gasping for air somewhere above 14,000 feet because balance, right?

Katie Westman is the co-founder of Gratton Westman Marketing and the creative mind behind the visuals that stop the scroll and make brands unforgettable. With over 20 years of experience in print and digital design, she’s an award-winning designer who’s led teams, mentored creatives, and turned countless “we have no idea what we want” projects into polished perfection.
Armed with a BFA in Visual Communication from The College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Katie blends artistry with strategy, creating designs that not only look incredible but also work. She’s worked across for-profit and non-profit sectors, always finding the sweet spot between creativity and clarity.
When she’s not designing, you’ll probably find her somewhere in the mountains, recharging her creative batteries one hike at a time.

SILVIA F. POLANCO
MARKETING COORDINATOR

Graphic designer. Natural athlete. Professional overachiever.

Fernanda Polanco is a graphic designer who believes good design can save the world or at least make it a lot prettier.
She’s passionate about women’s empowerment, minority voices, and creative storytelling, and somehow manages to juggle all three while training for her next race.
A proud UTEP grad, Fernanda earned her Bachelor of Arts in Media Advertising and Communication, minored in Graphic Design, and added a Business Administration certification, because even creativity needs a strategy.
When she’s not designing, she’s running her business or leading a fun project fueled by art, women’s empowerment, and the outdoors. A natural athlete, Fernanda spends her free time cycling, training for HYROX, or trail running. Basically, she’s built for hustle.

CESAR CERVANTES

Brings a perfect mix of creativity, technical precision, and military-grade discipline to every project. A U.S. Army Veteran, he swapped his uniform for a camera strap and turned his passion for visual storytelling into a full-blown career.Whether he’s filming high-impact content or waiting patiently in the wild for the perfect wildlife shot, Cesar has a knack for capturing moments that hit hard and look effortless. His work blends storytelling with skill — and just enough grit to make it unforgettable.
When he’s not behind the lens, Cesar’s usually racing his mountain bike, rolling on the Jiu-Jitsu mat, or planning his next adventure. He approaches everything — from editing timelines to steep
climbs — with the same relentless focus (and probably a GoPro running).

AZIEL ESTRADA
MARKETING INTERN

Aziel is our resident marketing prodigy, currently majoring in Business Marketing at UTEP and already talking like a future CMO. He’s got a sharp eye for branding, digital strategy, and consumer behavior, and he brings enough creative energy to power the office Wi-Fi.
He’s passionate, curious, and not afraid to throw out ten ideas before 10 a.m. Nine might be wild, but that tenth one’s usually gold. His mix of innovation, enthusiasm, and “let’s just try it” attitude makes him the kind of teammate every project needs.When he’s not geeking out over marketing trends, Aziel’s racing down mountain bike trails or lost in a music rabbit hole. Basically, he’s either in motion or planning his next move, and either way, he’s doing it with style.

EMILIA QUINONEZ
MARKETING INTERN

Future marketing baddie. Book-smart, trail-tough, brand-obsessed.

Emilia is currently a sophomore at New Mexico State University (NMSU), majoring in Marketing and already thinking like a strategist. She’s obsessed with consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and digital trends, basically, if it’s shaping the future of marketing, she’s reading about it (probably with color-coded notes).
Known for her curiosity, initiative, and “let’s figure it out” attitude, Emilia brings the kind of enthusiasm that makes every project a little brighter and every brainstorm a little smarter.
When she’s not studying or tackling creative work, you’ll find her hiking somewhere beautiful or organizing her many calendars. She’s equal parts nature-lover and storyteller, proof that a strong brand (and a good hike) both start with great direction.
